5.) Once we have your Hold Harmless Agreement, Registration and Payment, we’ll send the codes which will include the Templates for your Passport Process.
This Class will assist you in properly filling out your Passport Application (DS-11) as a State Citizen and not a federal citizen. Included will be an Explanatory Statement template to be added to your passport process. We will take the time to discuss many of the details the US State Department allows and disallows in this process.
If you don’t want to respond to the State Department, you can have us do this for you. This you can do piece meal, If the State Department interrupts your process in any way. $275 per response.
After you have your Passport book and Card you can do your own Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request or you can have us do it for you for $250.
You may only take this workshop ONCE.
