Foreign Irrevocable Trust Service: For our Passport Clients; once we receive your Hold Harmless Agreement (HHA) and payment, Christopher will prepare your documents for your review. After review, we mail your Trust document to you. Once received, we’ll schedule a call to go over any changes. Then we’ll send you the Trust documents for signing and notarization. When we receive those back, we’ll provide the adversary trustees to sign on to the Trust. With all signatures complete, we assemble the package and mail the finished document to you.

Once you have received the complete Trust document, the process is complete.
