This service assists you in completing your Driver’s License application as a State Citizen, including Explanatory Statement templates and guidance on what your state allows/disallows.
Requirements for Alignment Assistance
- Prerequisite: Attend the online State Citizenship Class and complete a Passport Process (Full Passport or Passport Workshop).
- Make Payment: $600.
- Submit HHAs: Fill out, notarize, and submit the Hold Harmless Agreement(s).
Payment Policy:
- We do not accept checks or money orders of any kind.
- This includes PayPal “e-checks” and U.S. Postal Money Orders. Please do not send them.
What’s included
- Templates for Explanatory Statements (attach to DL application).
- Letter template to DMV Director/State Attorneys to request the definition of “United States.”
- Guidance on DMV interactions and responses.
Jurisdiction & SSN
We show how to avoid entering federal jurisdiction via the DL application. We do not suggest providing an SSN; if the state requires it, we provide responses to avoid adhesion contracts or waiver of rights.
